The customer must provide Gold Bullion with the information and documentation necessary for identification purposes and must also notify Gold Bullion of any changes which may occur in the course of the business relationship. In all cases, Gold Bullion requires from the customer his/her full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, NRIC or passport number, source of fund and reason for purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Website shall be litigated or heard in the state or federal courts of Malaysia and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
