Yes. Every customer is required to register an account with Gold Bullion Precious Metal Sdn Bhd before entering into any transaction.
Gold Bullion Precious Metal Sdn Bhd offers an opportunity for individual customers / retailers / wholesalers to buy or sell their precious metal such as gold and silver at guaranteed good rates.
You can view under our Live (Gold) Price Update Tab for the latest updated gold prices.
Individual customers / retailers / wholesalers will be able to key in their respective weight in grams according to the relevant Gold Types under the ‘Customer Sell’ or ‘Customer Buy’ table to view the total amount that Gold Bullion Precious Metal Sdn Bhd has to offer in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). After confirming the total amount, customers can proceed to click “Buy/Sell Now”. You will be given an Order ID for every transaction confirmed with us.
After clicking “Buy/Sell Now”, you will be re-directed to a page for final confirmation on your order. Once confirmed, we will contact you accordingly to fix an appointment with you to view your gold at our premises or your location for authenticity/originality. Once we are satisfied with your product, we will bank transfer the total amount as stated in the Order ID.
After clicking “Buy/Sell Now”, you will be re-directed to a page for final confirmation on your order. For any transaction exceeding RM10,000, we encouraged self-collection or personal service at buyer’s own expenses. For transaction less than RM10,000, we will deliver your products via third party courier services within 3 to 7 working days.
Click on "My Account" → Click on History to view all your order status and transaction history with us.


Click on Log In/Register → Click on Register as Member. Fill in all the mandatory details as provided in the Register page. Your mobile number and/or email will be your Log In Username.
Click on “My Account” → Click on My Profile → Edit your personal information and/or password.
Click on “Forgot Password?” and a 6-digit OTP number will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification. Enter your 6-digit OTP as shown in your mobile phone. Once you have key in the 6-digit OTP, you will be able to reset your password accordingly.


Bank transfer via online banking and credit card payments. For credit cards, we only accept Visa and Mastercard. If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that the order has been successful.
Check to ensure that your card information is correct. (Example: card type, expiry date, billing address, 3 digit number on the back of your card) Please check with your card issuer for more information.

We also take fraud very seriously so all credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

Shipping/ Personal Service Delivery/ Self-Collection

We take pride in our commitment to providing you with great service. It is also our promise that your products will be delivered in perfect condition to the destination of your choice within the timeframe promised.

We offer shipping within Malaysia via third party courier services of our choice. Shipping will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days upon payment confirmation. All shipment comes with a tracking number via respective third-party courier service.
A confirmation email will automatically be generated and sent to you upon successful receipt of order. All orders will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation. Please print this order confirmation email as your receipt for your records.
Personal service delivery charges are only applicable for delivery within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area for items purchased. All delivery services will be charged at the buyer’s own expenses. Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.
Yes, we do offer self-collection at our premises. You will be notified via Whatsapp when your order is ready for self-collection. You may come and collect your orders during our business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm). For self-collection, the customer must show proof of payment i.e credit card or bank in receipy upon collection. Authorization for another person to collect on your behalf is prohibited.
