Frequently Asked Questions
What types of gold and silver do you accept?
We accept gold bars, coins and jewellery in purities from 375 (9K) to 999.9 (24K), and 999 fine silver bars and coins. Items without a hallmark are tested by XRF assay.
Do I need an appointment to sell gold?
No. Walk in to our office at Level 22, Surian Tower, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. For large transactions, please WhatsApp us first so we can prepare.
How is the final buy-back price decided?
The final price is the live buy-back rate when your items are weighed and verified at our counter. The rates on this page are indicative and update every 30 seconds.
What identification do I need?
Please bring a valid photo ID, such as your MyKad or passport. It is required for every transaction under Malaysia's anti-money laundering rules.
When will I be paid?
You are paid the same day at our counter, once your items are verified and the price is confirmed.
